01 / RETURNS
A change of heart?
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Original tags and hygiene seals must remain intact, where provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
02 / SIZE EXCHANGES
The perfect fit.
Need a different size? Your first eligible size exchange is complimentary.
- One free size exchange per order.
- UNDONE covers return shipping and replacement delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and hygiene seals intact.
- Exchanges are subject to size availability.
How it works
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Please wait for our instructions before returning your item.
For approved size exchanges, we will arrange a prepaid return label and send the replacement size at our expense.
Important information
For voluntary returns and exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and any hygiene seals intact. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. These rights are not limited by our voluntary returns conditions.
