We make every effort to display our products, colours, and fabrics as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • payment cannot be verified

  • fraudulent activity is suspected

  • an item becomes unavailable

  • incorrect pricing or product information was displayed

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

UNDONE by intimates is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Exchanges

No Returns Policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes:

  • incorrect purchases

  • change of preference

  • colour selection

  • style selection

  • sale items

Please carefully review sizing and product information before purchasing.

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • the item must be unworn

  • unwashed

  • free from marks, perfumes, or scents

  • with original tags attached

  • returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs, bodysuits, and items without hygiene liners may not be eligible for exchange unless faulty.

Customers must contact our support team before sending any exchange.

UNDONE by intimates reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • description of the fault

If approved, we will provide:

  • a replacement

  • exchange

  • or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • underwear must be tried on over existing underwear

  • returned items showing signs of wear may be rejected

  • items with removed hygiene liners cannot be exchanged or returned

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

UNDONE by intimates reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, product names, and branding remain the exclusive property of UNDONE by intimates.

No content from this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
